A: For stock wigs, they will be shipped by DHL/FedEx within 48 hours. Delivery takes 2-7 business days.

If you need to change the cap size, it will take about 1 week.

If you need to add front lace to a silk top wig, it will take about 4 weeks.

If you need a thicker wig, it will take about 1 week.

For custom wigs, the production time for lace top wigs is about 2-3 months due to COVID-19. After the production is completed, we will ship it to you within 48 hours.

Inventory Policy:
If your item is out of stock, you will be notified by phone or email within 1-2 business days of placing your order. You can choose another wig in stock, or wait 2-5 weeks to receive your order. If your item is not in stock, you have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of being notified.
