JWO is happy to accept returns for any reason up to 7 days after the package is delivered.
For the FIRST SAMPLE ORDER with JWO, JWO is responsible for all the return fees, including the sample shipping back and forth, the PayPal charge, the tariff of the sample shipping back, etc. Anyway, customers will get the full refund after the sample is shipped back and signed for by JWO.
For the rest orders with JWO, if the customer has received a defective, damaged, or the wrong unit, JWO will be responsible for all the return fees. If not, the customer needs to afford the shipping fees back and forth, PayPal charge, and the tariff and any other expenses incurred during the return process will be deducted from the refund.
PLEASE NOTE all return units must ensure the hair is not trimmed, the lace is not cut, the hair is not bleached or dyed, etc.
Return is easy. JWO creates a shipping label, and what the customer needs to do is just print the files, and then call FedEx, and ask the courier to pick up the package at the address the customer specified.
After receiving the return, the refund will be returned to the customer’s original account within 1-3 business days.
Custom orders and special orders are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
